USE OF THE HELMET

Remember that for good use and greater protection, PANK helmets are not suitable for riding with combustion and / or electric motorcycles. The use is restricted to all types of personal mobility vehicles (VPM); electric scooters, bicycles, skateboards and inline skates.

ABOUT POSITION AND ADJUSTMENT SYSTEMS 

It is very important to put the helmet in the optimal position and adjust it well to your head to feel more comfortable and secure. PANK helmets contain the following fastening and adjustment systems that you must take into account:

Correas laterales

When you put on the helmet for the first time it is important to adjust the side straps well until they are tight and secure behind the ears. The triangle closures will also help you in the final fit. Tighten and close the lower quick-release buckle securely, and make sure the chin guard does not rest on the jaw.

Multi-position adjuster

PANK helmets incorporate another adjustment system located on the back. Turning to the right or left you can loosen or tighten to better fit the helmet on your head.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

PANK helmets have a limited lifespan that depends on responsible use and maintenance.

Important aspects of helmet care:

• Check the helmet regularly for signs of wear.

• Do not modify the design of the helmet or it could fail to protect you as well as it should.

• If you are a big fan of stickers, we ask you not to stick any on the helmet or paint it, as you could damage the manufacturing materials.

• Do not expose the helmet to temperatures above 60˚C. For example, do not leave it behind glass, a car window (because of the magnifying glass effect), or near lights, heat, etc.

• If the helmet has received a very strong blow, even if it does not seem damaged at first glance, buy a new one.

• For a good maintenance of the helmet, do not clean it with solvents, bleaches or other types of detergents, you can seriously damage the materials of the helmet.

• If you want to clean the protective shell of the helmet, use only mild soap and water, and a towel or smooth cloth to dry. 

• If you want to clean the protective pads you can remove them and clean them with mild soap and water and let them dry in the wind.

SAFETY

PANK helmets incorporate a rear led light with 3 positions: fixed light, flashing light and dynamic light. This light ensures you are visible to other drivers and pedestrians.
