What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order with the tracking code that you receive in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received it, write to us hello@pank.shop so that we can help you.
What helmet size should I select?
A helmet should have a snug fit. Neither too tight nor too loose. Before choosing the size it is important to measure the length of the head with the help of a meter and surrounding it diagonally above the eyebrows and ears. For more information look at the tutorial video, it will help you choose the correct helmet size.
Important: If the measurement of the length of your head is a few centimeters above the change in size, you must always choose a larger size.
For example, if your head length is 58.5cm, and the maximum length of size M is 58cm, you should choose size L. When you have received the helmet there are other details that you should take into account. PANK helmets incorporate some functions and adjustment systems that allow the helmet to better fit on your head, such as the rear adjuster located above the led light. Turning to the right you will tighten, and turning to the left you will loosen the size of the helmet. This way you can better adjust your head and confirm that the helmet size is correct.
How can I exchange or return an item?
If you need to make an exchange or a return of any of our products, remember that you have 14 days from the moment of purchase.
The shipping costs for exchanges and returns are not free, but we make it very easy for you. We will collect the order at the address you choose.
The amount of shipping costs will be € 5 / product for Spain and € 10 / product for the rest of European countries, and it will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
The return of the product must be made in its original packaging without having used, manipulated or modified it in any way, including labels, accessories, instruction book or other components thereof.

All transactions on Pank.shop are processed through third-party secure online payment gateways that encrypt data in a secure hosting environment.
For security reasons we do not store any payment information in our database.
Here are the different payment methods we accept:
- PayPal Express Checkout
- Shopify Payments, that includes Visa, MasteCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX, Maestro y Shop Pay.
- Coinbase Commerce, that includes the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Dai, Litecoin and USD Coin.
With regard to Shopify Payments, supported countries and regions are: Spain, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden, United Kingdom , United States (Shopify Payments is not available in the United States territories, except for Puerto Rico).
All paying customers are subject to validation checks. Pank.shop reserves the right to delay any order if it suspects that an additional security check is necessary. When placing an order, the payment of the amount will be charged to your card at the time of shipment.
How often should a helmet be replaced?
We recommend that you replace your PANK helmet or any other brand after 3 years.
There is a certain natural aging that occurs in any polymer, but the useful life of the different helmets on the market is related to their care and maintenance, in what conditions they are used (sunlight, heat, cold, etc.), storage (temperature, humidity), etc. This shelf life is recommended from the date of use.
The date of manufacture should not have a negative effect on the safety performance of the helmet as long as it has been stored in good condition (warehouse preferably).
You can cancel your order as long as its status allows it.
