PAYMENT METHODS
All transactions on Pank.shop are processed by third-party secure online payment gateways that encrypt data in a secure hosting environment.
For security reasons we do not store any payment information in our database.
Here are the different payment methods we accept:

  • Shopify Payments, that includes Visa, MasteCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX, Maestro and Shop Pay.
  • Coinbase Commerce, that includes the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Dai, Litecoin y USD Coin.     
With regard to Shopify Payments, supported countries and regions are: Spain, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden, United Kingdom , United States (Shopify Payments is not available in the United States territories, except for Puerto Rico).
All paying customers are subject to validation checks. Pank.shop reserves the right to delay any order if it suspects that an additional security check is necessary. When placing an order, the payment of the amount will be charged to your card at the time of shipment.
 
SHIPPING THE ORDER
All orders are processed within a maximum period of 24 to 48 hours in PANK warehouses in Europe.
Shipping is free in most countries of the European Union. We do not ship orders to the Canary Islands, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Sorry for bothering you.
The packing and packing of the order is done in an Amazon Logistics and / or Correos Express box. Likewise, the order is sent with Amazon Logistics, Correos Express among other collaborating logistics operators.
Once the package has left our warehouse, we send you an email with the shipment confirmation and the tracking code.
The delivery time of an order is 2 to 3 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded. However, on some occasions our associated transport companies include Saturday for deliveries.
It is important to verify that the shipping address is correct. Lack of information can delay shipment or in some cases block delivery.
If problems arise in the delivery of the order due to an incorrect address, the return costs that may be caused will be charged.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS and REFUNDS 
If you need to return any of our products, remember that you have 14 days from the time of purchase.
The return of the product must be made in its original packaging without having used, manipulated or modified it in any way, including labels, accessories, instruction book or other components thereof.
PANK reserves the right to reject returns and changes of size requested and / or sent outside the established period, and those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.

¿You pay something to request an exchange or a returnón?  
The shipping costs for exchanges and returns are not free, but we make it very easy for you. We will collect the order at the address you choose.
The amount of shipping costs will be € 5 / product for Spain and € 10 / product for the rest of European countries, and it will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

How can I make a return?
To start the process of an exchange or return you must contact our Customer Service by writing an email to hello@pank.shop with the following information:

Within 7 days (weekdays from Monday to Friday) you will receive an email with a return label. Once you receive it, prepare the package so that our partner carrier can pick it up at the indicated address within 24-48 hours.
Once the returned item is received and after checking its status, we will issue a refund in an approximate period of 10 to 14 business days, discounting the aforementioned shipping costs.
Credit card refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. Refunds through Paypal will be credited to the Paypal account. Refunds from other payment methods are credited to their respective platforms.

How can I request a size change?
To make a size change you must request a return of the item you do not want and buy one again.
To return this item you must follow the instructions detailed above.
Once we receive the purchase confirmation for the new item, we will send it to you using the usual procedure.
Once we receive the returned item and after checking its status, we will issue a refund in an approximate period of 10 to 14 business days, discounting the aforementioned shipping costs.
